consulting allows me to identify the unusual suspects.

Often times we assume that a situation requires training to enhance knowledge or skills but we often fail to identify the UNUSUAL SUSPECTS. As a performance consultant, it is my job to partner with you to find out if it is a knowledge or skill issue or something else. It could be a standards, conditions, feedback, motivation/incentives or measures issue as well! I will ask a lot of questions to help figure out what is needed to get performance or a process on track.
